The obligation to provide a transaction broker notice to a customer involved in a residential sale (as defined in Section 475.278(5), Florida Statutes) is no longer required. This obligation, set forth as part of the real estate license law’s “presumption of transaction brokerage” in 2003, expired July 1, 2008.
